Access to Business Leaders – a Business Leader will be selected for you and will participate beside you for the 12-month program – sharing ideas and knowledge throughout.

They can also be an observer on your Board, help you with pitches and be there to answers questions or offer support.

A program designed just for you – each group-learning session covers a range of topics designed to help drive efficiency and effectiveness within your charity.

There is something for every charity in every session.

Networking – there are opportunities within and outside of the sessions to network with the other charities, business leaders and expert presenters.

Learn to connect and access people and networks you currently don’t know.

Join the alumni – when you graduate from The Growth Project, you do so with your peers continuing your connection and support well beyond the program’s end.

A panel of Mentors – each charity also has the option of accessing a panel of mentors – comprising of highly experienced business people. Mentors are available for the duration of the course and beyond.

Take some time out of the day to day to think “Big Picture” – The Growth Project gives you eight dedicated days to think about your charity, where it’s going and how to get it there.

There are nine other charities going through the program with you – 9 others who are experiencing similar issues as you, 9 others to share issues, concern, learnings or encouragement with.
